Rajinikanth's 'Annaathe' shoot canceled due to covid scare

It's known that the shoot of 'Annaathe' has been held at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City for more than a week now. On Wednesday, four crew members tested positive for coronavirus. Rajinikanth, too, underwent a test and tested negative.
"During routine testing at #Annaathe shoot 4 crew members have tested positive for Covid19. Superstar Rajinikanth and other crew members have tested negative. To ensure utmost safety #Annaatthe shooting has been postponed," Sun Pictures said today.
'Annaathe' directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by Sun Pictures has the ensemble star cast of Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Soori, Khusbhu, Meena, Prakash Raj and Jackie Shroff.
Rajini's daughter Aishwarya R Dhanush has also accompanied him to the shooting spot at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. The stalwart has been protected by a bio bubble during the shooting.
