The first look launch of Superstar Rajinikanth's mega budget sci-fi entertainer '2.0' will be released in a grand event to be held in Mumbai on November 20.

As expected the first look posters will reveal the looks of Superstar Rajinikanth the film's protagonist and Akshay Kumar the antagonist in 3D format. Raju Mahalingam the CEO of Lyca Productions which has been bankrolling this film on a humongous budget of Rs.350 crores has confirmed this in an interview to a popular English Newspaper.

The first look launch event to be hosted by Bollywood producer-director Karan Johar and the event itself is budgeted at Rs.6 crores. The hour-long star studded even will be held in Yash Raj Studios, Mumbai.

However Mahalingam assured that South Indian fans need not get disappointed with the fact that the event is being held in Mumbai. The teaser, trailer and audio launch events will be held in major cosmopolitan cities across India on a grand manner.

Directed by Shankar, '2.0' is the sequel to the blockbuster 'Enthiran' delivered by by the director with the Supertar, six years ago. Amy Jackson plays the female lead in this film that will have double Oscar winner A.R.Rahman's music score.
