Rajini will be a trendsetting politician: Soundarya

There’s no interview with Soundarya Rajinikanth without the mention of her superstar dad. The young director, who gleefully speaks of her father, says she would like to see him enter politics.

“Like everybody else, I want to see dad becoming a politician too. But I don’t know what he has in mind. But I definitely know that if he enters, he will make a very good leader. Even when he was a bus conductor, I was told that he was famous in that entire town. And as an actor today, he is ruling the industry, apart from being a pillar of strength to it. He is always the centre of attraction and he will continue it even if he enters politics. And this is because, he is extremely honest and capable only of goodness,” says the young entrepreneur, who clarifies that she has no acting ambitions.

But in true Rajini style, the actress also opined that she is not ruling out any interest in acting. “It’s all in god’s hands,” she philosophically says.
