In this season when remake bug is biting everyone, SuperstarÂs films have become the most wanted one. This is proved by the excellent Box-Office collection of these Rajini remakes. For instance, AjithÂs remake ÂBilla was a big hit like its original version. In fact ÂBilla became a milestone for AjithÂs career.
The latest Rajini remake is ÂMurattu KaalaiÂ, a blockbuster of 1980s. Sundar C and Sneha are playing the lead roles for this one. SuperstarÂs real life mappillai (Son-in-law), Dhanush is now doing the remake of his father-in-lawÂs runaway success ÂMappillaiÂ.
Another movie of Rajini, which is as well the finest movies of director Mahendran, ÂJohnny is going to be remade by Selva with Jeevan in the lead.
On top of these projects, the all time favorites ÂVelaikkaran and ÂMr. Bharath is also expected to join the line soon. Sources say that the producers of these classics are being approached by many young directors.
