We had reported earlier that the as yet untitled Rajini-Ranjith film is to start shooting from the first week of August in Malaysia and other neighboring countries.

But the latest we hear is that the film is going to be rescheduled due to some minor glitches and the shoot will start in the last week of August or the first week of September after a Pooja in Chennai and then the team will fly abroad to Malaysia and later in Hong Kong and Thailand.
