Rajini’s ‘Kaala’ seems to be all the rage. The film hit the screens last Thursday and has set the pace for a good run at the box office. We had already reported on the film’s earnings last weekend in Chennai Box office. But here’s what ‘Kaala’ has managed in terms of state collection.

In just four days of its release, ‘Kaala’ has managed to amass a whopping Rs.43 crores. While in Chennai the film has fetched Rs.6.64 crore in profits, Chengalpattu has raked in Rs.10.8 crores, Coimbatore Rs.7.2 crores, Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari region Rs.1.95 crores and Rs.3.7 crores in Tuticorin. And other regions in the state combined, a Rs.43 crore collection is impressive and tremendous.

'Kaala' has also reaped Rs.5.6 crores in Kerala and around Rs. 7-8 crores in Karnataka. And the most hot update is that the movie has reportedly earned Rs.110 in worldwide collections becoming the fifth Rajini movie to do so!

‘Kaala’ stars Rajini in the lead role with Huma Quereshi, Easwari Rao, Samuthirakani,Nana Patekar in major roles as well. The film directed by Pa Ranjith is being bankrolled by Wunderbar Films.
