Even after a century of periodic changes in films, one aspect of Indian cinema is still looking forward to. The craze over the intro song for mass heroes is an undying spirit. And when it is Thalaivar, should we say more? One of the most crucial portions of his upcoming flick 'Lingaa' - the introduction song - is yet to be shot. With just about seven days of shooting left to complete the reels of 'Lingaa', there are to be two schedules for two different songs. The 'Lingaa' team has wrapped up shooting in Karnataka, canning a thrilling action sequence near Jog Falls. Now they have only two songs left to be shot - one to be canned in Chennai and the other in Europe.
The one to be shot in Chennai is presumably a duet, as it involves Sonakshi Sinha also in the frame, while the song to capture the beauty of Europe in the backdrop will be Thalaivar's introduction song. Expectations over 'Lingaa' have risen leaps and bounds and everyone is looking forward to watch the movie this year end. Meanwhile, director Shankar is reported to have met Rajinikanth to seek his presence, with the invitation to the audio launch of 'Ai'. Also, young director Karthik Subburaj was spotted in the Karnataka schedule, on the sets, who had shown up to seek Rajinikanth's blessings.
