Rajini, Vijay and Ajith among India's Rich and Famous

Forbes India magazine today have released the list of the Top 100 Richest, Famous and Influential Celebrities of India which is topped by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, whose yearly earnings is upwards of Rupees two hundred and forty four crores and is the most famous and influential celebrity in the country. With Rupees two hundred and two crores earnings Shah Rukh Khan is in 2nd place in the richest and 7th in fame.

Ajith is the richest Tamil actor in the 19th place, but is in 98th place as far as being influential. Vijay is in the 23rd place in earnings and in 80th place in fame. Superstar Rajinikanth is in the 21st place in earnings and 89th place in fame and influence.
