Rajendra Prasad’s films maybe long past their sell-by date. In that his movies are out of sync with the present crop of youngsters’ tastes.

So perhaps Rajendra Prasad seems to be moving away from his brand of sentimental and family humor

His new movie, a dubbed one from Kannada, is a devotional one

Titled Mahasivaratri, a takeoff from the Kannada movie Mahasadvi Mallamma.

The movie will also star Meena, Saikumar and Mumtaz.
