Director Rajasenan who is going through a lean patch, is bitterly disappointed about the treatment is he given by lead stars these days. He is especially bitter with the way actor Jayaram brushes him off. He said that of the 16 films he did with Jayaram, 14 of them were hits. Yet he alleges that he is given no credit regarding the matter.

Rajasenan further said that though he was on talking terms with Jayaram, atleast over the phone till about an year or so, he has no contact with him now. He also said that when he approached the actor for dates, no interest was shown. Another actor who irks Rajasenan is Prithviraj. He too in addition to showing no interest in acting in his films, never acknowledges his first film to be 'Nakshatra Kannulla Rajakumaran Avanundoru Rajakumari'. Prithviraj always says that Ranjith directed 'Nandanam' is his first movie, inspite of the former releasing 6 months prior. He also blasted Fahadh Fazil for not giving dates.
