'Rajaratham', directed by Anup Bhandari, is a promising Feb 16 release. Starring Nirup Bhandari and Avantika, the film features breezy songs like 'College Days' and 'Neeli Meghama', both penned by Ramajogayya Sastry.
The makers reveal that shooting for a duet was not easy. Far from it being a cool affair, it was a cold one. So much so, the lead pair was down with fever the next day. Here is why.
"While shooting for the rain sequence in Ooty, the water used was so cold that the lead pair were literally shivering and had to try hard to keep up with the required expression. Once it was called a cut, the crew used to run to spill hot water on them and cover them with a blanket to bring them back to normalcy. Despite this condition, At the end of the shoot, Nirup and Avantika were literally frozen and had to sit in front of portable heaters for 30 mins to get back to normal," a source from the unit says.
The film will clash with 'AWE', 'Manasuku Nachindi' and 'Rachayita' on the 16th.
