Rajamouli's son enters 'new era of sports'

SS Karthikeya, a line producer and Baahubali's second unit director, is better known as Rajamouli's son. After working on films like 'Yuddham Sharanam', the youngster has stepped into sports. It's Telangana Premier Kabaddi.

Excited to step into a new era of sports. I and Sai Korrapati garu are very proud to present our @TPKNalgonda (Nalgonda Eagles) team for the Season 2 of TPK. Come watch the game and witness the wrath of Kabaddi from Sept 14th, he has said.

Reacting to the development, Rajamouli said, Kabaddi has become a rage in the Telugu states since the last few years. Extremely happy to be mentoring the @TPKNalgonda team. Can’t wait to watch them play in the arena. @TPKabaddi #AsliKabaddi.

Warangal Warriors, Karimnagar Kings, Hyderabad Bulls, Rangareddy Raiders, Palamuru Panthers, Gadwal Gladiators, and Mancherial Tigers are the other teams. Telangana Premier Kabaddi was created by Chintala Sports, in cooperation with Telangana Kabaddi Association. This one is a regional avatar of Pro Kabaddi League.
