Rajamouli's design inputs rejected!

Earlier this year, SS Rajamouli was found collaborating with the designers of Amaravati, the new Andhra Pradesh capital. He was doing it as per Chandrababu Naidu's personal interest to involve him to use his "unique" architectural outlook. The ace director had to go to London to work with Norma Fosters for a couple of days. Rajamouli did all this for free.
Whatever happened to all of that work? The 'Baahubali' director has been quoted as saying by a daily that his proposed design inputs were disliked by the architecture company. The team found them either impractical or not up to the mark.
However, Rajamouli's design of a grand Telugu Talli statue will find its way into the final design.
As for the AP assembly, the Chief Minister has confirmed that it will be 250 metres tall.
