Rajamoulis character inspires Vijay Antonys film

Vijay Antony is currently doing a Telugu-Tamil bilingual titled 'Roshagadu'. Now, this one is written and directed by Ganeshaa, a Rajamouli protege.

Ganeshaa had worked on 'Vikramarkudu' as an assistant director, the Rajamouli-Ravi Teja blockbuster, way back in 2006. Since then, the character Athili Satthi Babu has stayed in his mind. Naturally, in writing the hero's character in 'Roshagadu', Ganeshaa was inspired by the Mass Maharaja's character.

'Roshagadu', an action-packed drama, is the 'Bicchagadu' actor's first straight Telugu entertainer.

Starring Nivetha Pethuraj of 'Mental Madhilo' fame is the heroine. Touted to be a full-fledged commercial entertainer, the film has Deena in a crucial role. Daniel Balaji has a key supporting role.

Music is by Vijay Antony himself, while Fatima Vijay Antony of Vijay Antony Film Corporation Private Limited is bankrolling the project. The dialogues and songs are by Bhashyasree.
