Of late speculations were rife that 'Baahubali' will have a franchise on the lines of Harry Potter - while 'Baahubali' 2 and 3 are being planned out, talks were that the film will have further three parts post these sequels. However, director Rajamouli squashed all these news as mere rumours.

Clarifying on this matter, Rajamouli took to Twitter to share that 'Baahubali' won't be stretched and the story will end with 'Bahubali 2' while 'Baahubali 3' will be completely different. “Bahubali 3 will be experienced in a way the audience have never experienced before,” the filmmaker had quoted.
