Rajamouli likes it for breaking the template

Trivikram Srinivas has broken the standard template of showing the root of conflict in an action film as a flashback. The main fight comes first and then the film takes a linear route. Rajamouli has loved precisely this, calling it a daring attempt.
Taking the aftermath of a war as a plot point and starting the film with that is a daring step by Trivikram garu. And it worked superbly. Tarak's performance in that scene will be remembered for a long time. JB (Jagapathi Babu) garu is terrifying. CONGRATS to the whole team, the 'Baahubali' director says.
