K Vijayendra Prasad (Rajamouli's father) has been writing the script of an interesting project. It tells the history and ideology of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
As per a credible report, Lahari Velu (Thulasi Naidu) is the one who originally birthed the idea of the film. A friend of the BJP, he has already registered two titles. 'RSS Bhagwa Dhwaj' and 'RSS' are the ones. Velu, Vijayendra Prasad and one Gurumurthy are said to have been engaged in pre-production activities in different capacities.
Subhash Chandra of Zee Group and Raj Singh of Motion Pictures will make huge investments, the report says. The plan is to make it into a Rs. 150 crore behemoth.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat last year gifted Rajamouli's father a few important books on the history of the Hindu Nationalist organization. Prasad, who has written the 'Baahubali' movies and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' in recent years, has partnered with as many as 27 minds!
It will be a multi-lingual entertainer designed to be released before the coming Lok Sabha elections.
