SS Rajamouli rarely watches a movie first day first show. He makes it a point to watch Nani's films on day one. It's now the turn of the much-awaited Oopiri to get Rajamouli's applause.

Moments after watching the movie, Rajamouli took to Twitter to express his applause to the makers. Years after directing Nagarjuna for the film Rajanna, Rajamouli has called Nag a true pathbreaker.

"The scenes you indianised made it a better film. Karthi is so good. Nagarjuna garu is a true path breaker," he says. Saying that he under-estimated Vamshi Paidipally's ability to adapt a film like The Intouchables, he writes, "Intouchables is one of my favourites. Frankly, I didn't think Vamsi would be able to handle it. Thanks, Vamsi, for proving me wrong."

Rajamouli has further asked the audience to not miss Oopiri!
