SS Rajamauli's upcoming film 'RRR' is making headlines with news developments every few days. Few days ago it was revealed that the makers of the film have a clocked a historical deal of 325 crore INR for the digital streaming rights of the film. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in October but it seems like that might not be the case. Including the pandemic, the production of 'RRR' has faced several hurdles and a little inside information suggests that film might not be completed in due time for its release.
An actor attached to the project revealed that production has become unsystematic after the lead actors Jr NTR, Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt contracted the virus. This caused the production to lag behind the schedule.
The actor said, "There is still a lot of shooting remaining. Even if the Covid crisis improves by October there is no way Raja Sir can complete and release the film on time (in October)." The release of the film might be pushed further upto early 2022.
