Raja Ravindra joins political party

Popular character artist Raja Ravindra has on Wednesday joined the YSRCP. He met with Jaganmohan Reddy at the latter's Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad. Prasad V Potluri is the other famous personality who has joined the party along with him. His long-time industry colleague Ali joined the YSRCP bandwagon only earlier this week.

Ravindra, a well-regarded name in the film industry, started his career in 1986. His natural style of acting made him a sought-after name after popular hits like 'Pedarayudu'. He is one of the few artists to have got to work with all big stars of his generation. Ravindra has intermittently worked in Tamil film industry as well.

Apart from acting, he has kept himself busy by looking after the dates of Venkatesh, Nikhil and a few others. He has been a close associate of Venky.
