'Raja Rani' to Woo Bollywood

25 days into the movie arena, and 'Raja Rani' has consistently stayed at the top of the list of contenders - based on story as well as on the money it has grossed. Hardly a month old, the film has made a clear profit of 50 crore rupees already, making it the third highest grosser of the year. And not just that - Kamal Haasan, who set the camera rolling, called over the young debutante director Atlee and showered him with appreciation.

Atlee has been receiving praises on his story and the way it has been narrated, from all the biggies in the industry, including Superstar Rajinikanth and directors Shankar and AR Murugadoss. Now the film is proceeding on to become one of those lucky chosen movies, to be screened at the Mumbai Film Festival, on 24th October. The 15th edition of the film festival will be held in Mumbai, and the 'Raja Rani' will be screened tomorrow evening at 8:30 in Cinemax Versova.
