On a winning spree in box office Sharan after 100 films as comedy actor is in his fifth film as hero. His previous films Rambo, Victory, Jai Lalitha and Adhyaksha have given a comfortable sitting for him in the box office. Sharan is now in double role in Raja Rajendra` – he is Raja of 1934 and Rajendra of 2014. The screenplay moves in a parallel style in the direction of Pon Kumar. He has completed talkie portion and has only two songs to complete.

At Sri Chamundeswari Studio for the first time the team of RR` met the media via poster and a teaser release occasion. It was at Jai Lalitha` time Pon Kumar narrated the story line to Sharan and it was immediately developed for a story.

Hindi film actress Tanushri Datta sister Ishita Datta is female lead in this film. She thanked for good support and don`t know how forty days have passed shooting for this film she stated.

Producer Uday Mehta special thanks was for Sharan for remaining true to his promise at the time of Victory` making.

The film happens in two different stages. There will be no flash back for this 1939 and 3014. Batliman and Rajendra roles go together. Tabla Nani, Ravishanker, Sadhu Kokila, Rekha, Archana are also in the cast. Vimala Raman of Aptha Rakshaka` is also in an important role.
