The other day, Raj Tarun's vehicle was involved in a road accident in Hyderabad. He was travelling via Narsing Circle, an accident-prone spot in Hyderabad. His car hit a wall while taking a turn. After this, the actor ran away from the spot. This was caught by a CCTV camera.

While the actor has claimed innocence, TV9 has today released an exclusive report, saying that Raj Tarun was drunk when the accident happened. A resident of the colony where the accident took place shot it on his mobile phone. His name is Karthik. The report says, "Karthik has claimed that Raj Tarun urged him to delete the video of the incident that very night. He was clearly drunk. When Karthik refused to delete, the actor rushed away from the spot. Later on, Raj Tarun's manager called up Karthik and offered a bribe of Rs 5 lakh," the TV9 report says.

As per the witness, Raj Tarun was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident happened. If true, it's a clear case of mixing driving and drinking.

The channel has said that the police are yet to probe the incident.
