BJP member and central minister Nitin Gadkari's views on youngsters entering politics has created a ruckus in political arena, and following this, Rahul Gandhi's tweet on Gadkari's view went viral, ultimately leading to Gadkari himself responding his explanation.
Of late, there have been voices within BJP that Nitin Gadkari should be made the Prime ministerial candidate for Lok Sabha elections, and since then, Gadkari's statements have been projected as anti-Modi statements. In a recent event, Gadkari had said that election promises should be made in such a way that it is practical to implement, and one should not make false promises, or else people will defeat them. Besides, in another event he said that students wish to come to politics. Firstly they must look after their families and those who cannot manage families can't handle a nation.
Following this, Rahul Gandhi made a tweet saying that Gadkari is the only person in BJP to have guts and asked him to question on Rafale Scam and Anil Ambani, farmers distress and destruction of institutions. This tweet turned viral, and ultimately Gadkari himself clarified saying that he does not need to be certified by Rahul Gandhi, and added that it makes him wonder how even after becoming the leader of a national party, he's believing fake and exaggerated news.
Gadkari Ji, compliments! You are the only one in the BJP with some guts. Please also comment on:
