Recently, Rahul Gandhi had termed the Union Home Minister Amit Shah as a "murder accused" at an election rally. The BJP leader filed a defamation suit against the ex-Congress President.
The news is that Rahul today got a bail from a Gujarat court in the case. The next date of hearing is December 7. Soon after getting the bail, RaGa enjoyed a sumptuous Gujarati meal with his party colleagues. "Yesterday it was Surat, today it’s Ahmedabad - to attend a hearing in yet another politically motivated case filed against me. It was good to connect with members of my Congress family here in the city and to have a meal with them at a local restaurant. I thank them all," he tweeted out.
Shah recently asked the Congress party at a public rally why Rahul was not in India when elections are around the corner in three States.
