Rahman, the heartthrob of the youth of the eighties is staging to make a comeback with a few films on hand. He has been impressive in the recent films like Black, Rajamanikyam and Bhargavacharitham where he has made good supporting acts with Mammootty.

He has also made his presence felt in recent films like Mahasamudram and now he is coming back as a hero in the next film by Pramod Pappan titled Abraham and Lincoln. The film which also stars Kalabhavan Mani will feature Rahman as a police officer who is in the look out for the character played by Mani.

Rahman is also donning an important role in the next Kamal film featuring new comers. He will appear as a teacher of the Good Shepherd school in Ooty, where he has actually made his school studies.

Rahman feel much nostalgic in appearing as a teacher in the same school where he was asked to make his first act in Koodevide. The coincidence is that, his first film Koodevide was also shot in the same school.
