AR Rahman's son AR Ameen made his debut as a singer in Tamil films with the 'Maula Wa Salim' song in director Mani Ratnam's 'O Kadhal Kanmani'. Last year, he debuted in Telugu with a song in 'Nirmala Convent'. Recently, he made his debut in Hindi with 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams', the biopic on cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. Ameen has sung the song 'Mard Maratha' in the Hindi version of this multilingual biopic along with Anjali Gaekwad.

Interestingly, Rahman announced this in his son's Hindi debut in his Twitter page only after the release of the film.

Ameen has also sung in the English film 'Couples Retreat' in recent times.

Looks like the young talent will be a full-time crooner in near future.
