It was at a playground in Gandhinagar near Kanishka Hotel on Saturday the ravishing actress Fans Association was declared open.

Akila Karnataka Ragini Dwivedi Fans Association was inaugurated today in the presence of Sa Ra Govindu, Basanth Kumar Patil, Lahari Velu, Chidanand, Anand P Raju and others.

Sa Ra Govindu urged Ragini to give top priority to Kannada works. Actors are demanding money for every presence in life. For Kannada language related work Ragini should be a torch bearer hoped Govindu President of Akila Karnataka Dr Rajakumar Abhimanigala Sangha and also well known producer.
