Raghuvinte Swantham Rasiya
His last movie on theatres, 'Yakshiyum Njaanum' didn't made business as expected in the Box Office, but Vinayan ready with a vengeance, is now back with another love story "Raghuvinte Swantham Rasiya".Though he is amidst a lot of controversies, Vinayan who is a spirited fighter is ready to fight it out, this time making a movie on a controversial subject,that too in his own banner and production. He is once again proving his readiness to take any risks by also casting a few freshers in his cast.
Meghna sundarraj, the beauty who became a heart throb of the youth, also through her immense skin show in 'Yakshiyum Njaanum', will get another chance to prove herself as a heroine of substance in this new movie. She will be playing the role of Rasiya, who is reported to have a wholesome presence in the flick. Debutante Muralikrishnan comes up in the role of the hero, Reghu while Thilakan and Charuhaasan will also appear in role of pivotal interest.
The movie scripted by the director together with Adv Manilal, feature the love story of a boy and a girl hailing from different castes. As ltheir love become the root cause for heated debate in the families and in their society, Reghu and Raziya are forced to wander in the streets. Thilakan will come up as Kuttapan Bhagvathar, the close relative of Reghu while Charu Hassan will act as a freedom fighter Bapu Musliar who is the powerful leader in the family of Raziya. The movie will also feature a climax, that is said to be a very powerful one. The movie will be an eyeopener for the society who is fighting over petty issues over religion and will voice the strong criticism against viewing entire Muslim community with soar eyes.
The movie cinematographed by Navas was shot in 45 day in locations like Bangalore, Ernakulam, Athirapally and Vagamon. While Nishad Yousuf does the editing, Murali Beypur and Anil is in charge of art direction Run Ravi, Roy Edavanakkad and Murukuns are also part of the technical crew, while Sphadikam George, Gautham, Sudheer Nair, G.K.Pillai, Saji, Magician Samrat, Girija Ravindran, Roselyn, Sunitha, Lakshmi Menon and Sariga are part of the cast list. After the hit songs he did in "Yakshiyum Njanum", Sajan Madhav, the son of late musician Raveendran, will set tunes for the lyrics penned by Vinayan, R. K. Damodharan and Shajahan.
'Raghuvinte Swantham Rasiya' produced by Vinayan and R Harikumar in the bannner of Aakash cinema, is scheduled to reach the theatres near you by the last week of April, 2011.
