He won a name for himself as a baddie on screen. His roles in various movies as villain won him accolades. However he chose a break from filmdom only to make a comeback with Sivapathikaram. His recent release Sivaji has won him more accolades.

“Playing a noble-hearted doctor in Sivaji alongside Rajnikanth was a great experience”, says Raghuvaran.

“During the shooting, we both (Raghuvaran and Rajnikanth) discussed a lot about spiritualism. We share same ideas on several issues. Shooting for Sivaji was an enlightening experience”’ he says and adds, “I am planning to pen my biography soon”.

Raghuvaran has developed a great passion for music. According to him, “I am working on coming out with a music album that would have lyrics also penned by me”.
