Ashok K, the renowned art director of about 150 Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi movies, is debuting as a director with a film titled 'Ishtam'. The same is gearing up for a release. Produced by Asha Ashok on AK Movies, it has Ram Karthik and Parvathi Arun as the lead pair. The entire production works are over. Its post-production works are on.

K Raghavendra Rao has released the First Look of 'Ishtam'. The 'Darsakendrudu' has hailed the body of work that Ashok K has shown. He has worked on films such as 'Bobbili Raja', 'Master', 'Daddy', 'Takkari Donga', 'Anji', 'Varsham', 'Yama Donga', 'Okkadu', 'Gangotri', 'Pournami', 'Arundhati and others.

"Ishtam is a youthful entertainer. It has a splendid love story. We are going to unveil the audio soon," the director said. Story is by Suresh Gadiparthi.
