One of Superstar Rajinikanth`s biggest hits of his career is Chandramukhi` which released in the year 2005 and enjoyed a 800 day run. It has been reported for a long time that director P. Vasu would reunite with Rajini for Chandramukhi 2` but nothing materialized.

The latest news is that Vasu is remaking his Shiva Rajkumar blockbuster Shivalinga` as Chandramukhi 2` and it will have Raghava Lawrence in the lead role with Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu playing a pivotal character. The rest of the cast and crew details will be out soon about this super exciting project.
