Raghava Lawrence has issued an official statement in which he has stated that Rajinikanth has no connection with either the speeches he has made so far and the ones he is going to make in the future. This is in connection with some opinionating that Rajini is airing his views through Lawrence and the actor-director has categorically denied it stating that the Thalaivar has no necessity to do that and is bold enough to speak his mind whenever he wants.
The 'Kanchana' star has emotionally written in Tamil that all he wants from Rajini is his blessings and a chance to take photos with him whenever possible as a hardcore fan. He has maintained that he does not support or oppose any political party and only approaches those in politics in case he needs help from them to run his orphanages and other social services.
To Seeman and his followers, Lawrence has passed the message that he would approach their opposition peacefully and would try to make them understand about his birthplace and his mother tongue.
Raghava Lawrence is currently directing 'Laaxmi Bomb' the Hindi remake of his 'Kanchana' starring Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan. He has committed to star in a movie produced by Sun Pictures as well as a project directed by Venkat Prabhu.
