Raghava Lawrence and G.V. Prakash are teaming up for a new film that has been officially announced with the former as the hero and the latter serving as the music director. The exciting project is produced by Five Star Creation S Kathiresan the man behind such critically acclaimed films namely 'Polladhavan', 'Aadukalam' and 'Jigarthanda'. The director and the other cast details will be announced soon.

Raghava Lawrence is currently directing 'Laaxmi Bomb' starring Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar which is the Hindi remake of his Tamil blockbuster 'Kanchana'. GVP is acting as the hero in several films such as 'Jail', 'Selfie', 'Kadhilikka Yaarumillai' and the Hollywood film 'Trap City'. He is also very busy composing music for many exciting films including 'Soorarai Pottru', 'Thalaivi' and others.
