'Chandramukhi 2' is the sequel to Tamil cinema's iconic horror comedy film of the same name starring Superstar Rajinikanth. Directed by P Vasu, the second part is now all set to hit the screens on September 15. Lyca Productions launched the official trailer of Chandramukhi 2 in a grand event today in Chennai.

The Chandramukhi 2 trailer is packed with ample elements to remind us about the first part. Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu is the only role reprised from the original alongside Chandramukhi and Vettaiyan Raja. The three-minute long video jumps into hilarious episodes right away. We see a new family coming to live in the haunting Vettaiyapuram palace.

Raghava Lawrence plays Vettaiyan Raja and Kangana Ranaut plays Chandramukhi. It seems that the film will narrate the flashback of these characters finally. MM Keeravani's background score is impressive despite the fact it sounded a lot like Baahubali. RD Rajasekar's visuals look stunning with Anthony cuts. Thota Tharrani's art direction looks majestic. Chandramukhi 2 has huge expectations among the fans and the film is releasing on Vinayagar Chathurthi weekend.
