Anbu said, "I approached Raghava Lawrence after watching his video during Vijayakanth's demise. I wanted to rope in Lawrence for a role in this movie. He agreed to do a crucial 5-minute cameo without any second thought and said that he was happy to do it for Shanmuga Pandian.
