Rafi - Mecartin with Sreenivasan

The directors of slapstick comedies Rafi - Mecartin will join hands with satire king Sreenivasan for their new project. Titled ÂMeenakshi Kottaram the movie will have Sreenivasan playing the lead in the humourous scripts by the director duo.
The movie will also feature lucky heroine Kaniha opposite Sreenivasan. To be produced by Marikar films, ÂMeenakshi Kottaram will start its shoot shortly at Kanyakumari.
Rafi and Mecartin had been lucky enough to get almost all their previous films as good hits. But their last release ÂLove In Singapore with Mammootty failed to keep their fame and ended as a big dud.
