Shah Rukh Khan's recent release, 'Raees' continues to witness a power run at the Box office. In fact, the film becomes the first 100 crore film of 2017 and continues to dominate the global box office too!
'Raees' collected 109.01 cr in India (7 days) and overseas figures stand at USD 9.2 million with some screens and territories yet to report. With this Rahul Dholakia's directorial declares itself the first film of the year 2017 to cross the figure of 100 cr! After becoming the film to collect highest revenues on the republic day holiday, 'Raees' also becomes SRK's 7th film to enter 100 crore club.
The film has not only set the domestic markets ringing but also continues its march in the international markets! Raees's overseas GBO is 215.17 cr [India gross 152.61 cr + OS 62.56 cr (6 days)] and is still into counting! The figures accumulated from the international markets are huge which reflects the love for the film that is being gathered across markets.
The latest reports also inform that the film has smashed the box office record in Singapore by collecting a whooping USD of 226,000 which is touted to be the highest ever weekend for any Bollywood film in this market! The film is collecting huge revenues at international box office as well.
