As we had reported yesterday, actor Silambarasan has announced that he has decided to withdraw his membership in the Nadigar Sangam. If Simbu does so and the Sangam also accepts the withdrawal, it will be the first in the history of Nadigar Sangam that was instituted during the black and white era of films.

Now senior actress Radhika, the wife of former Nadigar Sangam President R.Sarathkumar has advised Simbu to reconsider his decision. In a tweet she has said that while it is true that the Sangam administrators failed to support Simbu at the time of need, the Artists Association is for all the actors and not anyone's property.

Let us wait how Simbu reacts to this advice of Radhika.

It is worth mentioning that Simbu contested for the post of Vice President under Sarathkumar's team in last year's Nadigar Sangam elections.
