Radhika was one among the young actress, who made impact acting in Classmates. The success of the movie has propelled to fame almost all the artistes who were part of the film.

Now Radhika plays heroine to Jayasurya in director S P Mahesh's Changathipoocha. Earlier, Preethi Varma, an up and coming actress from Tamil was assigned to do the role. Now Radhika has toppled Preethy.

Radhika had enacted small roles in films One Man Show, Daivanamathil, Thaskaraveeran etc. Jagathy Sreekumar plays an important role in the film.

According to Mahesh, it would be a romantic entertainer and can be watched with the whole family.
