Actresscbecame a household name among Tamil people with her stunning performance as Rajinikanth's wife in the blockbuster 'Kabali' directed by Pa.Ranjith. It is expected that Radhika will be flooded with offers in Kollywood but the actress hailing from Pune seems to be choosy.

Now we learn that Radhika Apte is likely to play the central character in a women-centric Tamil film. This film will be directed by G.R.Adithya the younger brother of acclaimed director Mysskin. Adithya's debut film 'Savarakathi' will be hitting the screens soon.

The young filmmaker has confirmed to a prominent English Newspaper that he has narrated the script and character to Radhika Apte and she is impressed with it. But the 'Parched' actress is yet to sign the dotted lines.

Adithya also confirmed that he has penned the script for his second film while the story, screenplay and dialogues for 'Savarakathi' has been penned by Mysskin.
