Ahead of the release of 'Radhe Shyam', IndiaGlitz spoke with its production designer Raveendar. That film was in the making for too long. We asked him why the movie took so much time when 'Adipurush' was shot in just 100 working days.
Giving an answer, Raveendar said that 'Adipurush' is purely a CG-based movie. "Do you know the story of 'Adipurush'? It's based on the Ramayana and what you see in that era are bushes and trees. From what I have heard about 'Adipurush', it is just CG. For example, if Rama is sitting on a sofa, you will see only the sofa on set. On the other hand, 'Radhe Shyam' is live action. It's not CG-based. That's why 'RS' took very long," Raveendar said.
If you think of it, it was the first hint by someone in the know that 'Adipurush' was going to be anything but real.
Director Om Raut, meanwhile, is under pressure to rev up the VFX of 'Adipurush', which hits the screens on January 12 next year.
