Raavan earns Rs. 53 crore worldwide

From the day it started its shooting ‘Raavan’ kept on making headlines for various reasons. Even after its release, the film is earning mixed reactions. But what’s surprising is amidst Indian hullabaloo, the film grabbed rave reviews from international media and audience.

Bannered under Reliance BIG Pictures and Madras Talkies’ ‘Raavan’ reported to have grossed Rs 53 crore at the box office in its opening weekend from Hindi (Raavan), Tamil (Raavanan) and Telugu (Villain) versions all encompassing.

Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and south star Vikram.
