In recent times, we have learnt that Rakul Preet Singh is seriously considering making Hyderabad her home. She has acquired a gym in Gacchibowli. Rakul further plans to own a building at Jubilee Hill's Lotus Pond. The budget she has earmarked for it is Rs. 3 cr.

After Rakul, yet another Delhi-based actress is turning Hyderabadi. It's Raashi Khanna of Oohalu Gusagusalade and Run Raja Run fame. "Wanted the comfort and warmth of my own home when I return from gruelling shoots. I love the magic of Hyderabad and its myriad hues. Have just begun exploring the city of minars," she says.

With Raashi becoming 'mana' Hyderabadi, it is certain that she will find it easy to do films. Sai Dharam Tej's Supreme, Gopichand's Oxygen, and a Ravi Teja film are her forthcoming movies.
