As reported earlier, the shooting of director B Unnikrishnan's upcoming film Villain starring Mohanlal and Manju Warrier in the lead roles is progressing at a brisk pace in Ernakulam. The stylish crime thriller boasts a star-studded cast with the likes of Manju Warrier, Vishal, Telugu actor Srikanth, Hansika Motwani and many others in pivotal roles.

Tollywood actress Raashi Khanna is making her Malayalam debut with this upcoming action entertainer. Now, the new piece of news is that the actress will be seen as a police officer with negative shades in the movie. As you know, Mohanlal essays the role of Mathew Manjooran, an ex-cop in the movie. Apparently, Villain will feature the actress locking horns with the complete actor. More details on her role are yet to be unveiled.
