Raai Laxmi with Anurag Kashyap

Raai Laxmi has started shooting for her Bollywood debut- 'Akira' directed by A R Murugadoss. The scenes she shot so far for the movie were with ace filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who is doing a negative role.

"It is an interesting role and I agreed to be part of 'Akira' since it involves big names like Murugadoss and Anurag Kashyap. I am happy to land in Bollywood with this film," she says.

Back in the south, the 'Mankatha' actress is part of 'Sowcarpet' with Srikanth and the Tamil-Telugu remakes of 'Bangalore Days' among other projects. "I am in a happy space," she says.
