R Sharath gets Mammootty's dates

R Sharath, the award winning director of Sayahnam, gets the dates of Mammootty for his next film. The film is planned to start after Pazhassi Raja, the magnum opus of the star.

According to Sharath, this film will be a mass entertainer which will be much different from his earlier films. The director himself will script the story and dialogues for this film.

Sharath who bagged the award for best short film this year with Bhoomikkoru Charama Geetham has surprised everyone with his first film Sayahnam which bagged seven state awards of the year. He was an assistant to the noted cinematographer and filmmaker Shaji N Karun.
