Brilliant actor R Madhavan will soon be seen sharing screen with Aparshakti Khurana and Darshan Kumar in the upcoming film 'Dhokha - Round D Corner'. During the teaser launch event of this film, Madhavan was asked a thing or two about his last outing 'Rocketry' in which he played real life aerospace engineer Nambi Narayanan.
'Rocketry' turned out to be a critical and commercial success while Madhavan's '3 Idiots' co-star Aamir Khan's film 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is having a tough time on box office. Talking about this, Madhavan said, "If we knew (why Laal Singh Chaddha didn’t work), we would all be making hit films, honestly. Nobody starts making a film thinking that they’re making a wrong film. The intent and the hard work behind it is just as intense as it is with every film that an actor works on. So all the big films that have released, their intent was to make a good film and make it work."
The actor further added that his film had an advantage since it was a biographical drama. He stated, "I think the difference with my film was that I made a biopic so it is not time agnostic, it would have worked in any time, irrespective whether it was pre-Covid or post-Covid or anything.”
