Earlier this week, Aamir Khan tested positive for coronavirus. It's now the turn of R Madhavan, his '3 Idiots' co-star. On Thursday, the 'Sakhi' star took to Twitter to reveal his infection status. In doing so, Maddy used the names of his and Aamir's characters from their breakout film, '3 Idiots'.

"Farhan HAS to follow Rancho and Virus has always been after us BUT this time he bloody caught up. BUT-ALL IS WELL and the Covid will be in the Well soon. Though this is one place we don’t want Raju in. Thank you for all the love. I am recuperating well (sic)," the 'Savyasachi' and 'Nishabdham' actor tweeted.

His fans are relieved that Maddy is recuperating. It seems he is largely asymptomatic. The actor expressed confidence that he will defeat the virus soon. "Soon as I get decoupled for the Virus ... we will celebrate (sic)," the multi-lingual actor wrote.

The 'Maara' star will next be seen in 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect', a film based on a former scientist of ISRO. It has been delayed due to the pandemic.
