R.J. Balaji made a sweet transition from comedian to leading man in 'LKG' which made all concerned happy with its box office performance. Promoters of this week's release 'Devi 2' had claimed that Balaji played the character Madaswamy in the original and his funny scenes exhibiting good chemistry with Prabhu Deva will continue in the sequel too.
R.J. Balaji has clarified that he is not doing a full fledged role in 'Devi 2' and will only appear in two scenes with the duration of five or six minutes. The film directed by Vijay has Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah reprising their roles as Krishnakumar and Devi/Ruby respectively with Nandita Shwetha, Kovai Sarala, Aravind Aakash and Guru Somasundaram.
